Allegro launches the Ukrainian language version of its platform
  • Allegro is launching its Ukrainian language version to facilitate access to its offers to a growing group of Ukrainians living in Poland.

  • Recently Allegro launched its English-language service, allowing European customers and merchants to benefit from EU-wide access.
Allegro, one of the world’s top ten e-commerce websites1, is persistently improving customers' experience. The biggest Polish marketplace with more than 250 million offers has just released its interface in the Ukrainian language version. The ever-growing and diversified range of products has now become available to a wider consumer group.

From today, users who enter Allegro can easily enjoy the benefits of buying on Allegro in the Ukrainian language version. Benefits, for which customers not only in Poland love Allegro - access to the widest selection, the best prices and all with fast and convenient delivery including free deliveries in Smart for Start. While the group of Ukrainians living in Poland is growing, we want to support both - our Ukrainian-speaking customers and more than 135k sellers in contact with them

The new language version may be selected from the menu in the top section of the website, after clicking the flag at www.allegro.pl, or the dedicated address for international sales www.allegro.com.
Additionally, Allegro offers support to buyers in Ukrainian on the contact page and translated articles in the Help Center (about 30 most important articles for a start). Customers may also contact Allegro via e-mail. New language version will also be available on Allegro’s iOS and Android apps soon.
Recently, Allegro Group has finalised acquisition of Mall Group and WE|DO. The merger of an unprecedented scale will additionally accelerate Allegro’s expansion, whilst providing merchants with access to tens of millions of consumers from 25 European countries.
